Shipping methods and costs
International orders are shipped with FedEx and are fully insured. Orders within Sweden are shipped with DB Schenker

Scandinavia / Europe – €10 approx. $14
USA, Canada & Russia – €15 approx. $21
Rest of the world – €30 approx. $40
Please note that the shipping rates stated above are not inclusive of any import fees that you could be charged with when the package reaches your destination country.

When do we deliver
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, APLACE.COM are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Important information
• All FedEx orders require a signature upon receipt
• If you aren´t present in person when the FedEx courier reach upon your destination, the courier leaves a ”fail to deliver note”. On this note the contact information to your local FedEx office is stated. Then you can arrange a new delivery try at your convenience.
Free shipping
From time to time, APLACE.COM runs free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.
Insurance
APLACE.COM insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered internationally, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Taxes & Duties
Swedish VAT (25%) will be applied to all destinations within the EU. All our garments are sent from Sweden, and we do not take responsibility for custom charges outside EU. Since we offer taxfree orders outside the EU we don´t pay the tax in your (non-EU) country.

Aplace.com sells fashion from small independent designers, global brands and everything in the middle. The idea behind Aplace.com is to present designers that are in the forefront of their game.

As an authorized online distributor for all of the designers we feature, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100 % authentic and 100 % selected with love.
How to shop
• If you know what you are looking for, use the CATEGORY section we´re you choose the category of your needs. You can also shop by browsing BRANDS section where our brands are listed alphabetically.
• Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO SELECTION button next to the size button on each item.
• Review the items in your selection by clicking the 'VIEW SELECTION' link at the bottom of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE ITEM' button to delete items from your selection.
• Click on 'CHECKOUT' for selecting method of payment and shipping address to complete your order.
Sizing information
Sizing varies considerably amongst the designers we stock. So to help you choose the best size, you'll find the following information on every product page:
• A 'size information button' to help you convert international sizes, as well as product measurements and a guide to using these.
• The product information contains information about the models height and the size of the garment the model is wearing.
• If you need more help, we answer your questions on sizing, fit and styling - simply email info@aplace.com for advice.

Payment & Security
Payment
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Dankort credit and debit cards and other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. These are PayPal and ”Fakturera mig / Invoice me” (only costumers within the Scandinavian countries: Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway). Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
All transactions are handled by Dibs. Your credit card number is sent by an encrypted connection to your bank. Dibs secure server software (SSL) is an industry standard and one of the best software available for secure digital payments.
Security code
When you pay with credit card, you have to enter your card’s security code (CVV2/CVC2). On VISA and MasterCard, this is the three-digit code located on the back of the card, on the right side of the signature strip.
Website security
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure APLACE.COM uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.

Returns & Exchanges
How to make a return
• Print your order confirmation and enclose this to your returning items.
• Book a safe collection by your choice and send the shipment to: Aplace, Repslagargatan 17, SE-118 46 Stockholm, Sweden.
• You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply specify the new size you require with an email to info@aplace.com and follow the instructions above. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit (voucher valid for 6 months) and purchase the new item separately.
Receiving a refund
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all VAT will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through APLACE.COM. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchanges made to destinations outside of the EU will be submitted to the same customs procedures, therefore applicable for duty and tax again.
Important information
• All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
• Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Our policy
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all APLACE.COM and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
Late Returns
Items should be returned within 14 days of the date that you received your order .
Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of APLACE.COM and may only be refunded as a store credit (voucher valid for 6 months).
Shoes
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Lingerie & Swimwear
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
