Mutewatch ser ut som ett vanligt armband men på armbandet sitter en gömd pekskärm som aktiveras när man rör den. Via pekkontroller kan man växla mellan tid-, timer- och alarm-funktionerna. Till skillnad från de flesta andra klockor så har Mutewatch ett tyst alarm som gör att klockan vibrerar när alarmet går igång.
