Published by Apartamento Magazine, the third installment in their series developed in collaboration with Belmond. This edition features colorful photographs by Lea Colombo that capture the Amalfi Coast in beautiful technicolor. Essays by Elisa Carassai, Claudia Durastanti, and Margo Schachter are interspersed with a closing postcard by Darina Allen.
The book features 21 classic Italian dishes, many from the kitchens of Belmond’s Caruso hotel, as well as guest recipes by Nina Clemente, Bernardo Costantino, and Salvatore Giugliano. From the narrow alleys of Naples to the heights of Vesuvius, Campania is both an invitation and a kaleidoscopic celebration of the birthplace of pizza, Caprese salad, and the magnificent Amalfi lemons.
