How to make a return
To be fully refunded, you need to return the order within 30 days after receiving the delivery. If you wish to make a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return label from Fedex. You will then receive an email from Fedex with a return label and instructions on how to make the return.
The return cost and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Scandinavia & Europe: €15
USA, Canada & Russia: €30
Rest of the world: €40
Receiving a refund
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a return confirmation through email. Your refund will be credited through the same payment method used for the purchase. The shipping cost and the return cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all VAT will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through APLACE.COM. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchanges made to destinations outside of the EU will be submitted to the same customs procedures, therefore applicable for duty and tax again.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or size, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately.
•All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
•Items should be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
•Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
•Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty item
