Consent form regarding name and picture in marketing

I hereby understand and consent to that Samsung Electronics Nordic AB, reg. no 556445-4345, Torshamnsgatan 48, P.O. Box 1235, SE-164 40 Kista, Sweden (“Samsung”) will use, share and publish (“use”) images and videos of me and my name in connection to the event of OtherLands NFT Art Festival (the “Material”) in Samsung’s marketing, irrespective which media or form the marketing is published, promoting Samsung’s campaign and Samsung products during 2022.
I consent to that Samsung may responsibly edit or adjust the Material, to fit the Campaign and when used in, for example, internal communication, on the website and in external digital media, as deemed appropriate by Samsung.
